Sweetie Pies Mac & Cheese
- 1 pound Macaroni
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 12 ounces, fluid Evap. Milk
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
- 8 ounces, weight Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Colby/jack Shredded
- 1 stick Butter, Cubed
- 1- 1/2 cup Fine Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Cook macaroni al dente in a pot of salted water.
- Drain, rinse in cold water; drain again.
- Pour drained macaroni in a 9 x 13 pan (sprayed with cooking spray).
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together except for the fine shredded cheddar cheese and stir into the cooked macaroni.
- Sprinkle the fine shredded cheddar on top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
