Acquazzurra Indonesian Chicken Madras Recipe

  1. Brown chicken in 2 Tbsp.
  2. warm oil and transfer to a 400F oven for 10 min.
  3. Stir curry pwdr into same skillet and cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in mango puree followed by coconut lowfat milk.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer 2 to 3 min then stir in cream.
  7. Simmer 3 to 5 min.
  8. Serve mango sauce with chicken.
  9. Ontario.
