Lime and Honey Mustard Pork
- 1 pound Pork Carnitas
- 1/4 cups Garlic Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Cumin
- 1/2 cups Lime Juice
- 1/4 cups Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Dark Brown Sugar
- Take the meat and sprinkle with garlic salt and cumin to suit your taste.
- If you like, you can marinate the meat with the lime juice in a plastic bag in the fridge for 2-6 hours (I have used this recipe a couple of times, and I couldnt tell the difference when I did marinate the meat from when I didnt).
- Cook the meat over medium-medium high heat in the lime juice until it is about halfway done.
- Now, mix together the mustard, honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and dark brown sugar.
- Stir it together well, then pour it over the meat, cover it with a lid and allow it to finish cooking.
- Thenlike I need to tell you what to do with itenjoy!
