Pita Nachos

  1. Slice open pita and brush very lightly with olive oil.
  2. Cut into triangular wedges.
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pita wedges.
  4. Season with a pinch of oregano.
  5. Heat under broiler until cheese is melted.
  6. Add a slice of jalapeno, if desired.
