Mandarin Fruit Salad Recipe
- 2 sm. cans whole segment mandarin oranges
- 1 (16 to 20 ounce.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (16 to 20 ounce.) can fruit cocktail
- 1 (16 ounce.) tub light or possibly regular lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- Drain all fruit and mix all ingredients till well blended.
- Store in refrigerator several hrs or possibly overnight for creamiest consistency.
- Serves 8 to 10.
