Cucumber Sunomono Vinegar Sauce
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and massage the cucumber.
- After leaving them to rest for 10 minutes, squeeze out the cucumber well to remove the excess moisture.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Combine the cucumber and the flavoring ingredients.
- Transfer to serving dishes, sprinkle with sesame seeds and it's done.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving if you prefer.
