Daddy's Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

• 3 c. oatmeal
• 1 c. flour (self-rising)
• 1/3 c. Pet lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. shortening
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 c. brown sugar
• 2 Large eggs

1. Mix all together; drop by tsp.
2. on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350 degrees till light brown.
