Pizza Mini Hand Pies

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
  3. Cut into 8 (3 3/4x2 1/2-inch) rectangles.
  4. Place 2 quarters cheese onto half of each piece of dough 1/2-inch from edge.
  5. Top with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, 4 slices pepperoni, 1 tablespoon sausage crumbles and 2 quarters cheese.
  6. Brush edges of dough with egg.
  7. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.
  8. Press edges with fork to seal.
  9. Place onto greased baking sheet.
  10. Brush tops with egg.
  11. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Serve with additional pizza sauce, if desired.
