Pizza Mini Hand Pies
- 1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 32 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sausage crumbles
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg, slightly beaten
- Pizza sauce, if desired
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
- Cut into 8 (3 3/4x2 1/2-inch) rectangles.
- Place 2 quarters cheese onto half of each piece of dough 1/2-inch from edge.
- Top with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, 4 slices pepperoni, 1 tablespoon sausage crumbles and 2 quarters cheese.
- Brush edges of dough with egg.
- Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.
- Press edges with fork to seal.
- Place onto greased baking sheet.
- Brush tops with egg.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with additional pizza sauce, if desired.
