Corny Potato Chowder

  1. In a large saucepan, cook the bacon and onion until bacon is almost crisp; drain.
  2. Add potatoes; saute for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the milk, corn, garlic salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, until heated through.
  5. Yield: 4-6 servings.
