Spice Paste for Steak:

  1. Combine all ingredients but steak in small bowl.
  2. Rub mixture over both sides of steaks.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
  4. Prepare barbecue or preheat broiler.
  5. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
