Smoked Sausage Pizza With Spinach and Feta
- 1 (1 lb) packagehillshire farm smoked sausage
- 2 (14 ounce) packages pizza crusts
- 1 (10 ounce) containerrefrigerated alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut sausage into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
- The original recipe doesn't say this but I would saute the slices until they are brown before continuing, cause we it that way.
- Put the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread 1/2 the Alfredo sauce on each pizza crust.
- Repeat with the spinach, basil, mozzarella and feta cheese.
- Bake it 11-13 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
- Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
