Sopa De Arroz (Mexican Rice)

  1. Heat the 1 cup of oil in pot on medium heat.
  2. Then add rice and cook, stir occasionally so rice won't burn.
  3. Bring rice to a brown color.
  4. When rice is browned, remove from heat.
  5. Let cool about 5-7 mins.
  6. Add in can of tomato sauce, stir.
  7. Bring to heat again on medium to low heat, immediately add water & corn.
  8. Stir and add Chicken flavor Bouillon and stir.
  9. Cover with lid.
  10. Bring to a boil.
  11. Lower heat when water begins to dissolve and let cook on low heat for about 10 mins & stir so rice won't stick or burn.
  12. Turn stove off and serve as desired.
