No Bake Rum Balls

• 1 3/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs fine
• 1 cup pecans finely chopped
• 1 cup powdered sugar unsifted
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons corn syrup, light
• 1/4 cup light rum or bourbon
• 13 cup powdered sugar sifted

1. Place all but the last ingrdient in a bowl and mix well, using hands.
2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and dredge in confectioner's sugar.
3. These cookies will keep up to 10 days when stored in airtight canisters.
