Barbecue Glazed Grilled Chicken Breasts
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 13 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- Marinade: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except chicken) until mixed well.
- Add chicken fillets to bowl and until well coated.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for 3 hours to overnight.
- Set aside marinade.
- Place chicken on oiled grill plate and barbecue for approximately 5 minutes each side or until done, basting occasionally with the marinade.
