Barbecued Chicken

  1. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients together, except the chicken.
  2. Rub into the chicken and marinate overnight.
  3. To cook, preheat the oven to 300F, cover with foil and roast for 30 minutes.
  4. Itll cook partially and not colour.
  5. Transfer to a hot barbecue to finish off cooking, about 10 minutes on each side.
  6. Goes well with potato salads, green salad, etc.
