Smoked Salmon Spread Bites

  1. For the smoked salmon dip: In a food processor (blender), combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and hot sauce.
  2. Pulse a few times, until combined.
  3. Add salmon pieces and dill and pulse 2 or 3 more times to combine.
  4. Add more salt and black pepper if needed.
  5. Refrigerate, if you are not using right away.
  6. For the cracker bites: Add 1/2 tablespoon dip to each cracker.
  7. Top with cucumber and a small piece of smoked salmon.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
