Chili Relleno Recipe

• 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
• 1 can whole peeled green chiles
• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning
• Salsa
• Lowfat sour cream
• Grated cheese

1. Cook beef with taco seasoning.
2. Wrap beef, cheese and chiles in egg roll wrappers.
3. Fry till brown.
4. Top with salsa.
