Steamed Mussels

  1. Heat skillet and brown chorizo, remove from pan and saute garlic and shallots.
  2. Add white wine and cook to burn off alcohol
  3. Add Mussels, cover and steam until cooked.
  4. Pour in serving dish, add chorizo and parsley.
  5. Serve with toasted baguette.
