Walleye Bake Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. In 1 qt saucepan, heat 2 Tbsp.
  4. butter, stir in flour, salt, nutmeg and lowfat milk (and sherry).
  5. Cook over medium, stir constantly till thick and bubbly, about 4 min.
  6. Stir in cheese till melted, set aside.
