Bittersweet Farm Chicken Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, salt and pepper in large plastic bag.
  3. Add in chicken pcs a few at a time, to bag; shake to coat completely with flour mix.
  4. Heat 4 Tbsp.
  5. of the butter in large baking pan.
  6. Roll chicken in butter to coat all sides; arrange skin side down in a single layer in pan.
  7. Bake 30 min.
  8. Meanwhile, heat remaining 4 Tbsp.
  9. butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
  10. Stir in lemon juice, liqueur, honey, orange zest and soy sauce; reserve 2 Tbsp.
  11. of the mix.
  12. remove chicken from oven; turn pcs over.
  13. Pour remaining honey mix over chicken.
  14. Continue baking, basting occasionally, 30 min or possibly till chicken is glazed and tender.
  15. Toss reserved honey mix with cooked carrots; serve with chicken.
  16. Garnish as desired.
