Chicken & Noodles
- 1- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- Water
- 2 pieces Chicken
- 5 cubes Chicken Bouillon
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 can Sweet Peas
- To make the noodles, mix flour and salt.
- Add eggs and just enough water to mix together.
- (Add more flour if dough is too sticky.)
- Roll out on a floured surface, roll like a jelly roll and cut noodles.
- Unroll and let dry.
- Boil the chicken in water with 5 boullion cubes, salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove chicken when done; cool.
- To the broth, add noodles and the flour that you used to roll out the noodles.
- Drain a can of sweet peas and add to the pot.
- Debone the chicken and add back to the pot.
- Cook until noodles are tender.
- * Once I add all ingredients, I like to turn the heat to low and simmer for a couple of hours.
- This recipe can be doubled.
