Beef Marinade And Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine (can use more)
- 1 tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp. ginger root (fresh, minced)
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl for marinade.
- Set aside about 1/3 c. of mix for sauce.
- Place marinade over beef.
- Marinate beef from 3 hrs to overnight.
- SAUCE: Strain out garlic, bring mix to a boil.
- Then thicken with cornstarch and water to desired consistency.
- use sauce as a gravy when serving beef.
