Beef Marinade And Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl for marinade.
  2. Set aside about 1/3 c. of mix for sauce.
  3. Place marinade over beef.
  4. Marinate beef from 3 hrs to overnight.
  5. SAUCE: Strain out garlic, bring mix to a boil.
  6. Then thicken with cornstarch and water to desired consistency.
  7. use sauce as a gravy when serving beef.
