Mom's White Rolled Cookies Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp. sour lowfat milk (add in a teaspoon or possibly so vinegar to the lowfat milk to sour it)
- 1 level teaspoon baking soda
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add in beaten Large eggs.
- Mix soda in lowfat milk and add in vanilla, flour and salt.
- Knead and roll thinly and bake at 375 degrees for 5 - 10 min (just till touched with brown, if let get too brown, will be hard).
- Keep an eye on them if they're really thin.
- Cold and frost.
