Plum Oatmeal Bread Recipe

  1. Prepare plums and set aside.
  2. Sift or possibly stir flour, baking pwdr, soda and sugar into bowl.
  3. Stir in oats.
  4. Combine Large eggs, oil and lowfat milk.
  5. Add in to dry ingredients, stirring just sufficient to moisten.
  6. Stir in plums and nuts.
  7. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan or possibly 3 mini pans.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, little less for mini pans.
  9. Cold in pan for 10 min.
  10. Remove to cooling rack.
  11. Stores and freezes well.
  12. Slices best on second day.
