Poor Mans Pate

• 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
• 1 log (about 4 To 6 Inches Long) Braunschweiger, Or Liverwurst
• 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
• 1 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper

1. Combine all ingredients with a mixer.
2. Transfer into a serving dish, cover and chill.
3. Serve with assorted crackers.
4. Another option is to substitute finely minced sweet Vadalia onion in place of the pickle relish.
