Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette

• 14 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 14 cup fresh lime juice
• 34 teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
• 1 teaspoon lime zest
• 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1. Combine all ingredients and whisk until combined thoroughly.
