Corned Beef and Onions

  1. Cook rice as directed on package - usually 20 minutes.
  2. While rice cooks, slice onion and sautee in a teaspoon of olive oil until soft.
  3. Add corned beef, breaking it into smaller pieces with a fork.
  4. Add can of tomato sauce, cover and cook over low flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve corned beef and onions over hot cooked rice.
