No Cook Fudge
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 lb sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons marshmallows
- 1 cup peanut butter
- Melt margarine in medium saucepan.
- Combine all other ingredients in large mixing bowl; add melted margarine.
- Mix with hands until firm enough to pat into buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate and score.
- Variation: To make Peanut Butter Fudge instead of Chocolate, omit the 4 tablespoons of cocoa and add an extra 1/2 cup peanut butter.
