Spicy Fish with Cucumber and Tomato Salsa

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place fish in single layer in parchment-lined pan.
  3. Mix next 4 ingredients.
  4. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  5. dressing mixture; brush remaining onto fish.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Meanwhile, combine reserved dressing mixture and remaining ingredients.
  9. Serve fish topped with vegetable mixture.
