Huaraches
- 2 cup Maseca
- 1 1/3 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Green salsa
- 1 as needed Refried beans
- In a mixing bowl mix maseca with water and salt , and Massage until the mix does not stick to your hands , and it's easy to work with
- Once the maseca is ready , seperate into a 3-4 oz balls
- In a shape of a large oval , mild the maseca about 1/4 thick
- Preheat the sear plate to a 350" and cook 4 min per side
- Once it's cooked , use a tbsp of bacon grease to fry it
- Then add refried beans , salsa , and choice of steak or just melted Monterrey cheese
