Huaraches

  1. In a mixing bowl mix maseca with water and salt , and Massage until the mix does not stick to your hands , and it's easy to work with
  2. Once the maseca is ready , seperate into a 3-4 oz balls
  3. In a shape of a large oval , mild the maseca about 1/4 thick
  4. Preheat the sear plate to a 350" and cook 4 min per side
  5. Once it's cooked , use a tbsp of bacon grease to fry it
  6. Then add refried beans , salsa , and choice of steak or just melted Monterrey cheese
