Sweet and Sour Chicken

  1. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in 2 quart microwave safe casserole.
  2. Blend in pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and catsup.
  3. Stir in chicken and green peppers.
  4. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in pineapple chunks.
  6. Cover and microwave at MEDIUM (50%) until chicken is cooked and sauce is thickened, 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once.
  7. Serve over rice.
