Sausage & Feta Dip

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Tear up 3/4 of one of the baguettes into small pieces and place in a baking pan.
  3. Toast for 10 minutes or just until crisp.
  4. Pulse in a blender until they are a rough chop, not fine.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, mix sausage, feta cheese, all of the Cardinis Caesar dressing, cream cheese, egg, pepperoncini and half of your toasted bread crumbs.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add more bread crumbs as needed.
  8. Your mix should resemble thick, pink oatmeal.
  9. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Cut the rest of your baguettes into slices, rub a garlic clove across the slices (this gives just enough flavor).
  11. Toast the slices under the broiler on low just until lightly toasted (dont step away, they will burn).
  12. Serve the dip with the toasted baguette slices.
