Oreo Truffles

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 lb white baking chocolate, melted

1. In a large mixing bowl combine crushed cookies and cream cheese.
2. Beat with a mixer on low until well blended.
3. Form into 1 inch balls by hand.
4. Dip balls into chocolate and place onto waxed paper.
5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
6. Please store in the refrigerator.
