Beef And Cabbage Soup Recipe

  1. In a Dutch oven, brown beef.
  2. Add in all other ingredients except parsley; bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat & simmer, covered for 1 hour.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
  5. Yield 3 quarts.
