Frozen Lemon-Blueberry Sorbet

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over lemonade concentrate in microwavable bowl; let stand 1 minute.
  2. Stir.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds.
  4. Stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  5. Place blueberries and sugar in blender container.
  6. Add gelatine mixture; cover.
  7. Blend until pureed.
  8. Add ice cubes; cover.
  9. Blend on high speed until smooth and frosty.
  10. Serve immediately for a soft slush or cover and freeze at least 4 hours for a firmer sorbet.
