Mango coconut popsicle

  1. Mix mangoes and pineapple juice in a blender
  2. Mix coconut milk, yogurt, water and sugar in a bowl
  3. Pour mixture from #1 into 8 small cups up to quarter way, freeze 15 minutes
  4. Pour mixture from #2 into cups halfway and freeze for 15 minutes
  5. Pour remaining mixture from #1 into cups and freeze for 15 minutes, adding popsicle sticks
  6. Pour remaining mixture from #2 into cups and freeze for 4 hours, then serve
