Herb and Ranch Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees .
  2. Wash and cut fingerling potatoes in half or quarter larger ones.
  3. Mix all herbs, ranch powder and the 6 tablespoons of oil into a bowl.
  4. Add potatoes and coat well.
  5. Spread coated potatoes evenly onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Spoon excess herb oil over potatoes.
  7. Bake/Roast potatoes for 25 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
  8. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste when you take them out of the oven to cool.
  9. Enjoy!
