Bacon & Egg Brunch Bake
- 6 slices whole wheat bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Spread bread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with vegetables, bacon and seasoning.
- Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min.
- or until melted.
