PB & Marshmallow-Chocolate RITZ

  1. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  2. Use fork to dip 1 of the crackers into chocolate, turning to evenly coat cracker with chocolate.
  3. Gently shake cracker over dip container to remove excess chocolate.
  4. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheet.
  5. Repeat with remaining crackers and chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate 30 min.
  7. or until chocolate is firm.
  8. Spread each of 9 of the crackers with 1 tsp.
  9. each of the peanut butter and marshmallow creme.
  10. Top with remaining crackers to make nine sandwiches.
