Italian Marinated Steak

  1. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the dressing.
  3. Pour remaining 1/2 cup dressing over steak in shallow dish; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 15 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Preheat broiler.
  7. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Place steak on rack of broiler pan.
  9. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 10 to 12 min.
  10. on each side or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the reserved 2 Tbsp.
  11. dressing.
