Caesar Salad, Fat Free Recipe

  1. Combine ricotta, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, anchovies, salt and pepper in blender.
  2. Blend till well combined.
  3. Add in non-fat lowfat milk to adjust consistency.
  4. Toss with greens and garnish.
