Cooked Loganberry Jam - CERTO Liquid

  1. Crush berries thoroughly, one layer at a time.
  2. Press half the prepared loganberries through fine-mesh sieve to remove some of the seeds, if desired.
  3. Measure exactly 3-3/4 cups prepared loganberries into large saucepan.
  4. Stir in lemon juice.
  5. Add sugar; mix well.
  6. Bring to full rolling boil on high heat; cook 1 min., stirring constantly.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Immediately stir in liquid pectin.
  9. Stir and skim foam for 5 min.
  10. to prevent fruit from floating to surface.
  11. Pour immediately into warm sterilized jars, filling to within 1/4 inch of rims.
  12. Cover with lids.
  13. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
