Dulce de Leche
- 1 gallon milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- In a large stockpot, add the sugar to the milk.
- Bring to a boil.
- Separate with the vinegar.
- Cook until water disappears and only the solids are left and caramelized (about 3 hours).
- Serve with queso blanco and/or candied fruits.
