Bok Choy Soup With Crab Recipe

  1. Place a pot over high heat till warm.
  2. Add in oil, swirling to coat sides.
  3. Add in ginger and shallot and cook, stirring, till fragrant, about 10 seconds.
  4. Add in crabmeat; stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add in stock, water and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
  6. Add in bok choy and carrot.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer till vegetables are tender, about 5 min.
  8. Stir in sesame oil and pepper.
  9. This recipe yields 4 servings.
