Pot Roast Dinner In Foil Recipe
- 3 pound boneless chuck
- 3-4 med. potatoes, quartered
- 4 carrots, scraped and quartered
- 1-2 stalks celery, 1-inch pcs
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- Place in center of a large piece of heavy duty foil, boneless chuck.
- Arrange the vegetables around meat; pour soup mix, dry, over meat and vegetables.
- Bring the ends of the foil together and make a double fold.
- Turn the ends in double folds and place seam side up in shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hrs.
