Bloody Mary Punch Recipe
- Cherry tomatoes - (small) Mint sprigs
- 1 ct tomato juice - (42 ounce) chilled
- 1 1/2 c. vodka
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco garlic pepper sauce
- 1 lt seltzer chilled
- Fill 6-c. ring mold with water to come halfway up side.
- Freeze approximately 2 hrs.
- Arrange small cherry tomatoes and mint sprigs in small clusters on ice in ring mold; carefully add in sufficient water to fill.
- Freeze till hard.
- Combine tomato juice, vodka, horseradish, lemon juice and Tabasco Sauce in large punch bowl.
- Just before serving, add in seltzer and unmolded ice ring.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
