Bloody Mary Punch Recipe

  1. Fill 6-c. ring mold with water to come halfway up side.
  2. Freeze approximately 2 hrs.
  3. Arrange small cherry tomatoes and mint sprigs in small clusters on ice in ring mold; carefully add in sufficient water to fill.
  4. Freeze till hard.
  5. Combine tomato juice, vodka, horseradish, lemon juice and Tabasco Sauce in large punch bowl.
  6. Just before serving, add in seltzer and unmolded ice ring.
  7. This recipe yields 8 servings.
