Brown Beauty Icing Recipe

• 3 2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 c. lowfat milk
• 1/4 c. soft shortening
• 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 x egg, Or possibly
• 3 x egg yolks

1. Set bowl in ice water.
2. Mix thoroughly: powdered sugar, salt, lowfat milk, shortening, chocolate and vanilla.
3. Add in egg or possibly egg yolks; beat till thick sufficient to spread.
