Vegetable Steak

  1. Cut meat into 1/2" thick pieces and place in bowl.
  2. Mix with soy sauce, salad oil, ginger, sugar, and garlic.
  3. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat 2 t. oil in skillet and add meat.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly until brown.
  6. Add vegetables and cook 5 minutes longer, stirring.
  7. Blend vinegar and remaining ingredients.
  8. Add to meat and cook 5 minutes longer.
