Avocado and Sake Lees Dip
- 30 grams Sakekasu (sake lees)
- 1 tbsp Milk (or soy milk)
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Grated wasabi
- 1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Nagaimo yam (finely chopped)
- Put the sake lees in a heatproof container.
- Sprinkle with milk and microwave for 30 seconds at 600 W. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
- When the sake lees have cooled down add the wasabi, soy sauce and salt, and mix well.
- Drizzle in the olive oil little by little while mixing continuously.
- Peel the avocado and take out the pit.
- Mash it up with a fork and mix in the lemon juice.
- Finely chop the nagaimo yam.
- Mix the sake lees, avocado and nagaimo yam together and it's done.
