Frozen Morning Quickie Smoothies
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 cup ice
- Place all ingredients in bag except for milk and almond butter and place in freezer...(repeat these steps to make multiple bags and store in freezer)
- When ready to use take bag out of freezer with 1 cup of soy milk, and teaspoon almond butter and blend...if you want add a handful of ice to make cold.....u can make a mixture of any fruit you want...some have strawberries ,mangos and blackberries.
